--- title: cheddar fondue --- * 2.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar * 1 cup shredded gruyere * 1 rounded tbsp all purpose flour * 1 cup beer (preferably lager) * 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard * 1 tsp garlic paste * few drops hot sauce * few drops worcestershire sauce * nutmeg and pepper to taste Combine cheese and flour in a bowl. Add beer to the fondue pot and bring to a bubble over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and slowly add in the cheese, stirring constantly. Once all the cheese has been melted, stir in everything else.
