Combine rest in mixing bowl, stir until it holds together. Press 1/2 dough in greased and floured 13x9 pan, cook at 350 for 8 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over crust. Spread caramel mixture over chocolate chips. Crumble reserve dough. Bake 15-18 minutes.
