change around a lot of keybindings
- swap control and alt
- map tapping left control to pressing escape
- map the menu key to right super, and caps lock to compose
- move window manager shortcuts to super
- use ^F instead of ^A for the tmux modifier key
- a few other miscellaneous changes to make certain keybindings more
natural with the new modifier layout
