Changes to monster spell messages:
* If the monster's casting would be affected by Silence then attempt to
indicate that the monster is using words.
* Allow for different messages for targeted spells vs untargeted spells.
* Provide some special messages for the Animate Dead spell.
* Don't let sphinxes gesture or point.
