Another TSO update: add "gaining power from killing evil in his name" to
the religion screen as an ability, gained at 30 piety. This matches the
code already in place. (Making it permanent, as originally proposed,
would mean shifting all the text on the screen up, since there aren't
any more lines available, and making it available only after you've
proven your worth for some time seems appropriate to me. Besides, as a
paladin, you don't have to wait long for it.) Comment out the code for
repelling undead. turn_undead() is now unused; I've left the function
there in case this ever changes.
In a similar vein, tweak Vehumet's first ability description to mention
that you can only gain magical power by killing in his name.
