../../foo should be valid anywhere that baz/bar/foo is valid, so the
'..' token should have the same lbp as names

helpers are different from functions because they implicitly receive the
current context as the first argument, so they need to be declared
differently. they work identically to functions in all other respects.

really can't tell what the difference is between passing data in as
normal template variables and passing them in as "template data"
probably just won't support template data until someone can explain this
better, because the handlebars test suite isn't very clear on the
subject
