+* 2.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar
+* 1 cup shredded gruyere
+* 1 rounded tbsp all purpose flour
+* 1 cup beer (preferably lager)
+* 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
+* 1 tsp garlic paste
+* few drops hot sauce
+* few drops worcestershire sauce
+* nutmeg and pepper to taste
+
+Combine cheese and flour in a bowl. Add beer to the fondue pot and bring to a
+bubble over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and slowly add in the cheese,
+stirring constantly. Once all the cheese has been melted, stir in everything
