+* 1 lb great northern white beans
+* 6 cups chicken broth
+* 1 tsp chicken stock base
+* 2 onions, chopped
+* 6-8 garlic cloves, minced
+* 1 tsp oil
+* 7 oz diced green chilis
+* 2-3 tsp cumin
+* 2 tsp oregano
+* 1 tsp cayenne pepper
+* 4 cups diced cooked chicken
+* 1 cup sour cream
+* 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
+* cilantro and extra shredded cheese for garnish
+
+Soak beans overnight.
+
+Add beans, broth, and stock to a pot, and simmer for two hours.
+
+Saute the onions and garlic. Add them to the broth, along with the cumin,
+oregano, cayenne pepper, and chicken. Simmer for another half hour.

+Add sour cream and cheese, and continue simmering until the cheese is melted.
